Click AZ Properties just added the latest and greatest tool for buyer clients searching for New Builds and Spec Homes in the Phoenix area! With homebuilder’s rock bottom pricing these days, it’s a great time to find a deal on a brand new home. Whether you’re looking for a new home in Maricopa, Queen Creek, Casa Grande, Buckeye or any other Phoenix area, you can find it here! The service allows users to input their search criteria and search either New Builds or Spec Homes, or both. This is the same system that REALTORS use to search for properties for clients. Many of our buyer clients are looking for new builds and spec homes, and this new system will assist them in finding the right home! One of the best features is the ability to view model and spec floorplans. Users can determine which plans would work for them, therefore saving time when out touring models with our New Build Specialists. With so many new home builders building in the Phoenix area, this system provides up-to-date data on inventory available! Find the new home plans that work for you, and then contact us to schedule an appointment to tour the communities!
Remember – The builder’s salesperson represents the builder….not you. Never visit or register without your buyer’s agent representing you. It costs you nothing to be represented, and your agent can often negotiate more than you can on your own. Our agents specialize in new home sales, and have relationships with most builders, which can benefit you!

Well, it’s official – I’m a soccer mom! My son had his first soccer game today at the opening day of the San Tan Youth Soccer League at the Snedigar Sports Complex in Chandler, AZ. At 3, he doesn’t quite understand the concept of the game yet, and why the “blue” kids keep taking his soccer ball from him. I’m sure he’ll catch on, and when he does, hopefully he won’t start pushing and hitting to get his ball back! I must say, to see my 3-year old in cleats and shin guards was as cute as can be, and who knows…we may have a little David Beckham on our hands?
The San Tan Soccer Association hosted a big festival with inflatables, food, games & prizes that we had planned on attending. But after an hour in the blazing sun on the fields, the whole family was ready to go. I’m sure it was a great time for those who could handle the heat!
The Snedigar Sports Complex is a 70-acre recreational area in South Chandler that features soccer fields, baseball fields, a skate park, dog park & a recreation center. It is located east of Alma School Rd., approximately 1/2 mile south of Ocotillo Rd. Beautiful Ocotillo neighborhoods nearby include Fulton Ranch, Ocotillo Lakes, Fox Crossing, Oakwood Lakes, Balboa Point, Laguna Cove & Catalina Shores (Click Here to view homes currently on the market in this area). The Sports Complex is also just across the street from the recently opened shopping center, The Promenade at Fulton Ranch which features AJ’s Fine Foods, The Good Egg, Sautee Urban Bistro, Massage Envy (owned by clients/friends – Jon & Bonnie Brovitz), Desert Surf Company, Enchantments Home & Baby (love it!) and many more fabulous shops and restaurants!
We’re looking forward to a fun soccer season and the weather to cool down!
Last Friday, my friend Tina invited my kids & I to go swim and play at Chandler’s new Mesquite Grove Aquatic Center. Even though we have a pool in our backyard, it’s fun to do something different and it was fantastic!
If you haven’t heard about it or been there, it is located on the Chandler/Gilbert border, next to Basha High School on Riggs, between Lindsay and Val Vista. The $8.8 million facility opened in July and features great water features for everyone including waterslides, a lazy river, splash pad and zero-depth entry area (think beach entry, but no sand) and a huge “water playground” for toddlers. Watch out for the 752-gallon bucket that spills over the water playground and drenches everyone around (a bell rings first to warn you)!
Adjacent to the play area is a traditional 8-lane competition/lap pool & diving area used for the Basha high school swimming team (training the next Michael Phelps, perhaps?).
This pool complex will be the only one in Chandler that stays open all year, and the water will be heated in the winter to 82 degrees!
My three-year old was very confident in the kiddie area of the pool (1 1/2 feet deep) and had a great time on the “playground” in the water! My one-year old loved being able to “walk” in the water in the kiddie pool and did not want to be held. Wow…..I was hands free in the water for a few minutes, that’s amazing! My son had to be swayed by the pretty lifeguard to get out the water since the pool was closing, which worked since at age 3, he already likes pretty girls. He is now asking to go back to the “Water Park” all the time.
By the way, all this fun only cost $2.00 for the three of us! Worth every penny and much, much more!
