I am the Designated Broker/Owner of Click AZ Properties. Originally licensed in 1979, in Western New York, I arrived on the Arizona scene in 1988. Yes, I am old!! (A grandmother to four beautiful children – if you are a grandparent – I need say no more – they are my very heart!) And to your real estate benefit, very experienced! Experienced in “up” markets, and “down” markets. I don’t believe in up or down markets – they’re all just “different”. I learned long ago, in order to stay in the business that I love, I’d better love change – and that I do! We are experiencing a challenging market at present that is still ever changing. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, a Certified Short Sale Negotiator and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designee. The following probably means nothing to you, but I feel compelled to provide the information, just in case. If nothing else, it should help to demonstrate that I consider real estate my chosen career and have taken the time and expense of investing in being the best real estate broker for you.
Real Estate Designations:
CDPE - Certified Distressed Property Specialist – Extensive, specialized training in Short Sales and Distressed Properties. Offering assistance to buyers and sellers.
CRS – Certified Residential Specialist – Less than 5% of all real estate agents nationwide have attained this designation. It requires first that you attain the GRI designation (see below), take a battery of challenging and educating courses, plus prove successful experience (way back when, it required 150 closed transactions).
CSSN – Certified Short Sale Negotiator – Extensive specialized training in short sale negotiation.
GRI – Graduate, Realtor Institute – This designation is earned after completing several real estate courses. No experience is required for this designation.
SFR - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource – This is the only short sale and foreclosure designation endorsed by the National Association of Realtors. Extensive specialized short sale and foreclosure training.
